Very Effective On Darker Skin
Pretty good facemask that’s much cheaper than some of the high-end ones that do the same thing.Set up is easy. I really suggest doing a patch test and starting with the lowest setting if you have sensitive skin. The mask is on a timer, so it cuts off on its own, which is a plus. I saw improvement after my first use.

Battery will not charge
Only worked twice. I’ve had the battery charged, but will not turn on on the third use. So I unplugged it plugged it back again. Waited the next day and still nothing. This has happened three times where I’ve tried to use it for the third time but to no avail. There are no instructions on troubleshooting. There’s no phone number to call on the instructions. I need help.
