    Helpful journal for mental health
    This is an excellent journal. Each morning I am able to write about my feelings and it helps center me for the coming day. There are guided prompts inside that assist me in writing.

    Guided prompts might not fit your style
    This is a decent quality bound journal. Pages help with prompting, it is not blank. I didn’t vibe with a. lot of the prompts, so it’s not really for me. Check it out though they might be something you are looking for. Quality is average, binding is solid. Cute attached bookmark. check price, it might be more than you’d expect for the page count.

    Really nice journal!
    Absolutely love this. Its incredibly nice and well made. We need self care and self love so this is just perfect. Lots of incredible prompts to help walk you through this. Its a great way to start Journaling and showing gratitude.

    Lovely Self Care/Gratitude Journal
    I really like this self care/gratitude journal. It comes with not only a large amount of daily pages which allows you to select your mood and day rating, but it also has a number of pages toward the front of the journal filled with prompts, affirmations, self care ideas, goals, visuon board, there’s even a 30 day self care challenge that has you do something different each day, as well as other fun pages.The book is hardcover, which I actually prefer, but I would have loved for the journal itself to be larger. The journal does stay flat when you open it. The pages are nice, not thick but note thin either. I also wish it came in some other color. I typically go for black or another dark color but that’s not a big deal. Honestly, at $10, you’d be hard pressed to find something comparable that doesn’t feel cheap; and in a self care journal junkie.

    Beautiful Hard Bound Gratitude Journal!
    This Gratitude journal is a great value because it is bound and well made and thought out. There are journal prompts and activities to get your gratitude juices flowing and get you to think of creative ways to find the greatness out of the ordinary and mundane. Then there are your daily gratitude pages where you reflect on your day and think of what you can do to get the most out of the next day. Love the clean cloth cover and minimalist desgin on the outside but lots of places to write on the inside. You can’t beat the price for it ither.

    Plenty of Prompting for Reflection
    This is a well put together journal. The hard back makes it easy to open and close there is a cloth marker to keep track of where you left off. The gold tipped pages are a very nice touch, adding value to giving this book as a gift.Inside the book is jammed full of prompts to keep your mind thinking about what you would like to write down and record for future reflection.I’m 64 with excellent eyesight but I did struggle to read much of the writing as the font was much too small but this is the case with the begging few pages of prompts. A set of reader glasses will come in handy.
