Wonderful Product
Such a great idea! I need heat on a fairly regular basis for the side of my neck AND my very low back. I was really tired of moving heating pads around. And they never stayed where you put them! This product is a game changer. It fits just right, warms both areas simultaneously, and the neck area design is genius! Every function that I need in one product. And the remote is really good, too. Great control over heat level, and responds quickly.

Super soft- but large not as large as you’d expect
It’s super soft- and I love the shoulder/neck spots. It’s easy to unplug the cord from the heating pad so you can sit it aside when you’re done using it. However- I am short- barely 5’4″ and I got an extra large tall size hoping it would cover from my neck to my lower back/butt. However- it doesn’t quite reach as much as I’d hoped. It is nice to have the specific control for heat and duration options. Remote is easy to use. Only complaint is that it’s not as long as I’d wished.

Love this wrap around the shoulders heating pad. I bought one for my husband for Christmas and purchased one for myself. Since this product comes in different sizes we both have one that fits our frames perfectly. The warmth level to me is perfect. With so many different degrees to choose from one can’t help but to be satisfied.

Didn’t work for me
This heating pad did not work for me. It is very soft, but that dirtiness also made me sweat! The size was good, has a long cord and was easy enough to use but I didn’t feel like the heat was enough for me even though it made me sweat! The quality seems good though.
