Sweat vest that’s better than the rest!
Awesome trainer! Definitely can work up a great sweat in this. Comfortable to wear, not too restricting but it gets the job done! Very happy with my results thus far. Highly recommend. True to size

Normally I get Medium.Happy I got this. Excellent quality, giving good value for my money.Got it in Large based on the measurements given in the size chart. 5’5″:130lbs. True-to-size👍. Love the Hook&Loop,3 sets of 3 rows,giving the option to hook tighter with the inner rows or looser with the outer edge hooks.This makes for an easy and smoother zipping. The outer band that velcro,gave me the final option of how much to compress around my waistline. Wow! It gives a flattering shape. My friend who saw me parading it when I tried it on:”I want one of that,too. It looks really good👌.” True. It looked good. I’d even wear it running errands. I liked the silver lining,–felt smooth on the skin where it touches below the sports bra. Another positive: no scent,chemical or otherwise, from the material. I was comfortable in it and left it on for next 4 hours. I thought of putting it on when I go on my trip to Hawaii. Before then, I’m planning to wear it daily as I plan to do some waistline toning. This Training Girl is it for me for my current needs.

Low flexibility
This definitely makes you sweat like it’s supposed to. It is a little bit smaller than I’d be comfortable with for workouts. It works well for me walking on the treadmill, but anybody who’s trying to bend or stretch it’s not gonna work well for for flexibility.

The best workout waist trainer.
I have found the best waist trainer for the gym!It makes you sweat, and tightens all the right areas. Definitely recommend if you want one for the gym. It’s so comfortable, and it hardly shows under your clothes. I ordered a M and it fits just right, but you can size up for more comfort.

Wow don’t buy promises
Nothing like it shows in the picture, yes I’m a cheap person so I knew to size up but dammnnn so small! And it only has 6 hooks and three places to hook nothing like the picture

BETTER THAN THE SWEET SWEAT
Very comfy. Size was just right, if you’re an xl size down to a large for real. Material was thick and great, it had me hot just putting it on so i know it’s going to work, working out in and i’m sure if my torso was longer to keep the back from rolling up i would wear it sometimes under normal clothes when i’m not working out. Stretch was great and i could still move around easily. Hooking it was easy and zipping it up even easier. It covered me great, maybe too great i have a short torso.
