Doesn’t bleed through.
Most days I wear these with a pad (pcos heavy flow) just to make sure nothing goes through my clothes. Very embarrassing to bleed through at work, these keep that from happening. I have also worn them without a pad or anything and not bleed through. I rinse them out then wash as normal have had them for a few years now and they still hold up, will be reordering soon for replacements. They do not feel like diapers, save money in the long run, comfortable. Very functional, sizing is correct, fabric is comfy and doesnt feel weird.

I really enjoy this product. It does it’s job well enough that on my second heaviest day I only needed this and made it through a day of work no issue. My only major concerns is that there is a very slight amount of leakage arount the edges(not enough to soak through pants or anything,but enough to be a little worrisome) and they are tight across the the thighs when first worn(they are cotton and quickly stretch out though). I plan to purchase another set in the future so that I don’t have to wash them mid cycle as they do not air dry very quickly.

Extra peace of mind on heavy days
I was honestly surprised by how much I liked these! The Innersy period panties are soft, comfortable, and give that extra peace of mind I didn’t know I needed. They’re perfect as backup protection with a tampon or cup, and on lighter days, I can wear them on their own with no issues.The built-in leak-proof layer is discreet—not bulky at all—and I love that it extends far enough in the front and back to catch any surprise leaks. One of my favorite features is the high-waist design. It feels secure and gives a bit of gentle tummy support, which is a nice bonus during crampy days.Also, shoutout to the fact that they have a range of sizes and styles. Just make sure to check the sizing chart—I went one size up from a Medium to a large and got a perfect fit.

Better than bulky pads!
Comfortable but not the tightest fit around small bottoms. They are easy to clean and have good padding. Like this so much better than panty liners and pads

gap at the butt cheek – maybe run slightly large
size goes large. It is comfortable around my hip (37″-38″). It fits when I sit and probably would be fine if I am just standing around but when I lift a leg, there is a gap at the butt cheek. Maybe the material is too stiff or my butt just isn’t fat enough.
