This thing is amazing!
I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered this but am thrilled with how it works. It’s easy to use, easy to charge & you can walk around with it on. It’s comfortable. The heat levels are amazing & I absolutely love the ‘massage’ part. I use both settings on high. Well worth the price, well made, high quality!! My back is so happy!

Actually helps with back pain
If you have back pain, buy this. Don’t hesitate. I bought it for my sister who is having really bad sciatic pain in her lower back and it’s helped her so much. The heat setting has three options, low, medium, and high. It also has a vibrating massage setting with the same options. I was very impressed with it, I had to buy another one for myself. The fact that it’s cordless makes it even better and can be adjusted to any width with two removable straps that are included. The material is comfortable and sturdy and is well made. The only downside is that it automatically turns off after 30 minutes but can be easily turned back on. I assume that’s just a safety feature so I appreciate that. Overall, it’s amazing and doesn’t break the bank.

Outstanding heat pad
A very comportable and supportive heating pad, simple to operate, good battery life with several sessions on each charge. The infra red component certainly reduces inflammation and the massage motors are pleasant to experience. I can recommend it for any one who has lumbar back pain. It is far more beneficial than just heat pads or hot water bottles, to ease the pain. Can be easily worn outside, under a coat as a source of warmth when it is cold and damp

No charge hold
Battery doesn’t charge. Has to stay plugged in to even use. Dies in about five minutes after several hours of charging. Seller explained the issue cause and offered a partial refund for faulty product. Works great when it does work(mine has to stay plugged in and turned back on frequently)

Pain relief on the go
This is an amazing product ! I got this for my mom- she suffers from sciatica and most days the pain is unbearable. She puts this on and the heat and massager combined allows her to be pain free and portable enough where she can do some household chores. She had a full chair massager and heating element but trying to get her to sit in it for more than 10 minutes was impossible. I can’t give this product enough stars ! Excellent.

Amazing vibration and heat. Multi options as well as cool. Stops on a 15 minute cycle which saves battery but gives you the option to stop/rest, or restart.The extra material for larger body shapes is awesome!

I’m enjoying it
I am happy with product. The only thing I would change would be having more intensive vibrations. Otherwise, I find this product to be relaxing and helpful in distracting my mind at least a little bit from serious back pain. The brace part helps as well. The battery doesn’t last super long but honestly seems to be better than past ones I have had. I’ve used it on and off all day charging in between and it still works which is more than I can say about the previous joyset one I had to return as it stopped working after one use.
