Great for appetite control
I’ve been taking these for two weeks now, and I do find that I’m way less hungry when I take them. I also find that my digestive track does better when I drink a lot of fluids with these, like I’ve doubled my water intake since starting them just to ensure I’m not getting blocked up or anything. I’m steadily losing weight, too, which has been amazing. Definitely plan to continue purchasing and using.

Did not work as advertised. Snake oil at best. Did not curb my appetite. Actually gained weight while using and eating better. At best firmed up my stool but no appetite or weight loss benefits. Look elsewhere.

Does not meet expectations
I have been using this for 3 weeks. I have noticed less bloating in my stomach and regularity in the bathroom area. I am also sleeping much better at night. However, there has been no change in weight. For me, the product does not meet all the expectations I have from the description and reviews I read.
