This is a really nice, gentle calming roll-on. The lavender and chamomile smell soothing, but not overpowering, which I appreciate because strong essential oils can give me a headache. The roll-on makes it easy to use without getting oil everywhere. I typically apply it to my wrists or behind my ears when I’m trying to decompress, and it’s been a solid little comfort item to keep nearby.

This stuff really works. I received the product a couple days ago. I have used it 2 times daily in the past two days. I can not remember when I have been SO relaxed. It lasts all day, so I am going to use once a day at night.
