I have used Vitamin D supplements for many years now and learned of the liposomal type, which is able to be processed more effectively in the body. By taking this 5,000 IU a day, my D level was fantastic (70). I have used other brands before and took 10,000 IU a day through winter to get the same effect. It does feel a little more expensive than other brands but it is one of the only liposomal ones I could find that did not have K2 in it.

Muy buena vitamina D , lo del recubrimiento Liposomal funciona , tengo años tomando vitamina D de las que venden en la farmacia y en junio mi vitamina D estaba en 30 ( osea deficiente) ayer mi tomaron la vitamina D y en tan solo 2 meses me subió a 50 .
