How to Use Pixie Cup Applicator 
Step 1
Fold the cup into the heart shape fold
(we recommend applying Pixie Lube to the tip for even smoother insertion).
Step 2
Add your folded cup into the top of the Applicator Body.
Step 3
Gently insert the Cup Applicator and glide the cup into place.
Step 4
Once the cup is set, carefully remove and clean the Applicator before storing in its case.
Can I use the Pixie Cup Applicator with menstrual discs?

The Pixie Cup Applicator is designed to work with most brands of menstrual cups. While we recommend using it with our Pixie Cup for best results, it can also be used with other brands that have a similar size and shape.
How do I clean the Pixie Cup Applicator?
Antibacterial medical-grade Mediprene should not be sanitized using boiling water or high heat, as it may cause deformation. Instead, it can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. For a deeper clean, we recommend using Pixie Cleansing Mist.

Feel Like I Won Fear Factor!
I was skeptical as a 39 year old woman trying something new for the first time, but I’ve noticed tampons just don’t feel healthy for me to use anymore….they were absorbing a little too well if you know what I mean. I just couldn’t wrap my head around taking it out and what that would possibly look like or the fear it could get lost in the abyss. Let me be the one to tell you….yes it’s disgusting but short finger nails, water as hot as you can possibly stand without melting your skin off, soap, and vigorous scrubbing gets you through it. Once I moved past the initial disgust I saw the benefits. No leakage, no irritation, or fear I’m going to get cancer. I was also always able to find it, so you don’t have to move like a robot the first day like I did. I will say I was very happy I purchased the two different sizes because after pushing five miserable, lazy, can’t find nothing kids from down there, I assumed I would have to go with the larger size. Nope! Larger seemed a bit uncomfortable, but the smaller one was perfect. I’ll try the larger one again when I feel like a pro at this. I also recommend the applicator for the ladies like myself that are coming from tampons. Doesn’t glide as easy as I would like though. Give me three months for an updated review.*****Get the sterilizer!!!!!!!*****

I love this whole system, I feel it’s worth the purchase. I love that I can travel with it because I went to Cancun and my cycle just started, so I was able to wear my cup during a whole travel day without having to change, which was great! The applicator is very discrete and cute, the cup is comfortable and I can’t feel it at all, I’m in love! The cleaning process is also super simple! I definitely recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

Bring Lube & A Friend
Recommendation One: Use lubeSeriously. Take the tiniest bit of lube and put a dot on your finger. No more than the size of a TicTac. Use that to then spread around the rim of the applicator and cup. Also spread a little down the sides of the applicator as well. The applicator is quite large, especially when you have the larger cup in, and the lube goes a long way for an easier insertion.Personally, I prefer to put myself in a squatting position for the insertion. Make sure you point the applicator towards your tailbone and not straight up if you want for a comfortable seal and easier insertion. However, you can always put your leg up on the sink or bathtub, or even sit on your toilet for insertion, whatever works best for you. It is very similar to inserting a tampon with the exception of it’s wider girth.Recommendation Two: Have someone you trust nearbyI decided to try the cup overnight for the first time. I used the small cup first and found it fit very well and didn’t have any issues falling asleep. The only thing I would say is, I felt a pressure against my bladder that made me feel like I had to pee more than usual. But it wasn’t enough to determine or bother me. When it was really only when I first inserted it. After about an hour or two, the feeling passed.The big issue for me with the cup was the next morning when I went to take it out. I could feel the tab, but I couldn’t get both fingers wrapped around it to pull it out. I used all of their recommendations, with bearing down, trying to push it out and found that I still couldn’t quite grasp it. After about 10 minutes, I decided I would just have my husband help me and he was able to successfully grab it and pull it out.Don’t pull it straight out! You wanna kind of move it in a circle and wind it down until it breaks the seal on its own. Otherwise it’s a suction cup feeling and it’s not particularly pleasant. Either way he got it out and with a relative ease. However, I can imagine if you’re home alone and you don’t have a close friend nearby, you’re only option would either be to continue to bear down and help that it moves down on its own, or go to the ER and out of them remove it. Somewhere recommendation is to have a plan in place at home.I decided I would give it one more try with this time with the larger cup. The next morning, I was able to bear down and grasp it on my own and remove it myself. And it only took 30 seconds. Maybe a minute but it was very easy.I didn’t find the tip to be particularly wet. And my fingers were dry so I didn’t have any issues grasping on it, but you’re gonna need to be able to pinch down with sufficient force to be able to remove it. For this reason if you have dexterity issues, I would not recommend this product.I really love the sanitizer. It really makes for cleaning very easy. All I did was rinse out the cup thoroughly in the sink and then place it in the sterilizer and hit the power button as soon as it was done put it back in. After it cooled down for a minute or so. For this reason, though you need to be prepared to have a minute or so. And I preferred the ample space and privacy of my own bathroom and order to insert it. 12 hours a day available I’m not really worried about being in a place where I’ll have to change it, however, because you never know what’s gonna happen. I do intend to purchase another large cup so I have to in case I’m traveling or expect to be away from home longer than 12 hours. I also learned that they have a different kind of cup with a longer string for removal. So I might order that and give that a try. Because it goes up to seven tampons.Something I would like to see in the future is a longer tab for pulling it out for the cups still. Ultimately the smaller cup didn’t work for me because my cervix is a little high, however, I think I enjoyed the fit much better than the large cup.Last thing I’ll say is to keep in mind is that once you put it in, you will experience some slight discharge because of what’s already in your vaginal tunnel still has to expel. However once the cup is in, I didn’t have any issues with leakage. However, the small cup in particular is designed for four tampons and the large cup is supposed to be for five tampons, and my period tends to be on the lighter side these days. I would say the first time I tried it. I had one or one and a half tampons worth of blood in the cup.

Money Saver and Worth the Try
Never thought I’d like them but definitely better than using other menstrual cycle items. Takes a small bit of a learning curve but once you are used to wearing, cleaning and changing it is seamless. Happy to begin saving money.

A HARD PASS!!
Nope. Just don’t do it. It doesn’t have anything that’s able to be gripped to help release it if you have a high uterus. You’ll find yourself in Urgent Care with a stranger wrist deep in your lady parts trying to pry it out.

I just got this bundle but I’m already so happy I bought it. I immediately sterilized the big cup and applicator and it worked great. I love the applicator it made using a cup so easy. I’ve always struggled with cups but now I can finally use them without the hassle.

Copas molestas y muy duras
Compre este kit porque cubre todo lo necesario y el precio está excelente pero en lo personal en la parte final de la copa, molesta un poco al caminar siento que roza por dentro y es molesto, el material de la copa siento que es muy duro y el aplicador no funciona muy bien como lo describen de facil, porque igual tienes que usar tus manos ya que no la acomoda bien, el jabon es excelente y el esterilizador magnifico, ya queda a gusto de cada uno si has usado las copas antes pero si no, no las recomiendo.
