What to do if you’re heating pad displays a Flashing F
A flashing F code may indicate damage to the heating coils, commonly caused by pressure applied to the pad which can cause a connection error. The blinking F may indicate a connection error caused by damage in the coils. To ensure safe and effective use, we recommend avoiding pulling or bending the pad connector, as well as refraining from folding or bending the pad while it is still hot. These precautions help to keep you safe and protect the pad from potential damage.
Please try using the troubleshooting steps below, which may help:
1. Unplug the unit
2. Disconnect the control connector from the pad connector
3. Reconnect the cord and pad connectors
4. Control connector must be connected to the Pad Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet.

So far so good
This was a super impulse purchase. I barely looked at any other products or read reviews. My back is killing me today and I needed relief fast. ChatGPT told me to buy this brand and I didn’t really question it! This is also going to come in handy for that time of the month. I paid the extra 4.99 to have it delivered within 3 hours and it got here with 10 minutes to spare. I immediately opened it up and am lying on it as I write this.First impressions:The seaglass color is very pretty and the fabric is super soft and plush. The cord is plenty long. It came with a travel bag/dust cover which is nice.Even though I knew what size I ordered and it is big enough for my purposes, I was still a little surprised at how small it was. If you are on the larger side or have a large area to cover, make sure you visualize how big 20×24 really is.I turned it onto the lowest setting (1 of 6), waited maybe 30 seconds, then laid down. I was surprised at how quickly it warmed up and how warm it felt on the lowest setting. I am also wearing two layers right now so I am impressed by the heat. You do get used to the heat after several minutes which can feel like it “stopped working”. I’ll probably use this on level 3 or 4 most of the time. I tried out level 6 and it gets quite hot. I had to turn it down because I started sweating!I’ve owned many heating blankets in the past that die after a year or two of casual use (Sunbeam, looking at you), and one reason I decided to buy this one was because of the 5 year limited warranty. IMO this is really overpriced (I paid 49.99 in Feb 2026), but I am hoping that means this is a high quality product and will actually last me more than 2 years.So far I have absolutely no complaints about this heating pad, but if anything changes I’ll update this review.

Great Heating Pad
I finally tossed my old heating pad and after checking lots of reviews decided on the Pure Enrichment PureRelief. What a great decision. I have none of the problems with heating that some of the reviewers complained about. It heats great and it stays heated for the duration of the setting. Of course, it may not be for you if you want to set your back on fire, but for those of us who want enough heat to relieve the aches and pains of stress, damaged muscles, and old age, this heating pad is great. Its soft and large enough to cover your back or your thighs . And its flexible enough that you can drape it around your shoulders. Not only that but the control panel is easy to use. This is a very good product.

Best heating pad EVER!
This is the BEST heating pad I have ever owned! I ordered it to use after having abdominal surgery to aid in my healing. It is wonderful! It’s large, and covers your entire back. And it’s very soft and cushioned. Also, it actually gets really warm, and has 6 levels of heat!! I highly recommend this heating pad!!!

My friend’s son bought him this heating pad and I loved it!! IAfter seeing this one I had to upgrade mine. It doesn’t stay wrinkled like the plastic ones do. The size coveres the whole of my back and has multiple heat settings. It’s even washable!!! It’s a great buy for the $. Love it!!!

Too soon to tell
I purchased one last year and had to return it because it quit working after a few weeks. I started using this one a few days ago, so it is hard to say how well it will last. I do wish it would heat up a bit more than it does, but I like the size, and am hopeful.

PURE heating pads get A++++++ in all versions and heat quickly and safely. Must haves IMO.
PURE makes the best heating pads available (on Amazon) and I have used them for years. Theyare well made and easy to use. Always cool before rolling or folding to put away. Easy to wash.I have the neck and shoulder warmer, a turquoise rectangular for back and feet and a grey smallerrectangular for small of my back. No problems if cared for and not folded or rolled, especially whenhot or still warm. I wasted $$ on Chinese versions that broke almost immediately and found PUREproducts on Amazon and cannot live without them, especially in winter. Great for direct heat. I would notrecommend letting pets lie on them as lowest heat setting is still very warm plus claws could damage.

Truly a great product! Pure Enrichment PureRelief UltraWide Microsoft heating pad is the best heating pad I have ever had. Loved it so much I purchased one for Christmas for my granddaughter who has severe back pain issues. She LOVES IT! We personally own 2 plus the one for our granddaughter. Excellent product, Excellent company with a super-duper warranty showing this company stands behind their products!!A few things – extra long cord, super plush, numerous temperatures as well as different times for the automatic shut off timer.Check out their full line of products. Nice Heating Pad
I really liked this heating pad, it was great heating up a large area of my bed (feet area) on those cold nights. The pull it up to my stomach for a few moments to take the chill off then turn off the heating pad. This was a really nice heating pad until last month or so January/February 2026 it showed an error code and it would not work any longer. It did last me 7 years though, not sure how long they are supposed to last but it did what it was supposed to do.I bought what I thought was the same one, alas it was a smaller version of the same one. Have only used it twice, and now it is warmer weather and have put it away for now. Just didn’t want to spend $50 on another one just yet. But over all I did like this heating pad as it did its job just wish it lasted longer.

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it’s functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it’s no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product
