Actually fits most of my stomach and definitely gets the sweat out even when doing daily things it’s comfortable enough to wear whenever and doesn’t roll during workouts

Best gym accessory I have made
I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 8 months and this band is both comfortable and really does help you sweat more in the targeted area (ie belly, arms). My workouts are actually becoming more comfortable with the band I am not restricted on movement etc I do a full body workout, and it doesn’t ride up or down stays in place. This does provide compression so with tighter clothes will give you a slimmer look but not noticeable band underneath. Size is prefect very easy to put on/adjust if need be.

It did its job and made me sweat double time. I did notice once I got soaked it rode up causing me to have to keep pulling it down but not that big of a deal to me but the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, im satisfied with my purchase and cant wait to continue using it for my workouts. The velcro seems sturdy and remains secure amd is super adjustable to account for weight fluctuation. Before I put it on my back was tight and I wasn’t sure if working out would be a good idea but once I secured it, it provided excellent back support. Im 175lbs with a 31in waist and I ordered a size small. Pictures of my sweat for reference lol

True to size. Used when working out in the gym or home exercises. Very effective and generates seat. Did not immediately see waist trimming results; of course you have to engage in exercise to begin to see the differences in how your clothing fits. Very good quality, very durable.

Great workout enhancement
This has enhanced my workout results so much I sweat immensely wearing this band. The Velcro is strong and doesn’t budge through my workout. It’s also easy to clean I just throw it in the wash after a workout and let it hang to dry.

24 inch waist
I use it for postpartum and for everyday after that. It’s comfortable, and very effective. You just wear it and live your everyday life. You will sweat so much. And safely lose stomach fat. It’s amazing. I have a 24 inch waist and have had three kiddos. My youngest is 10 months. I have used this for the last 6 years and it’s effective. I swear by it.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt…Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen – riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt – und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter – aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt.Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habeIch verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles dareinWenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr vielBei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nichtIch habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht

J’ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C’est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j’ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d’une semaine en plus d’une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
