Fiber gummies for picky people
I need the extra fiber, but I’m really picky about the taste and texture. I used to take Fiber Choice chewables that were not unlike Sweet Tarts, but the brand has since changed to gummy ones that have far less fiber in them. I found one non-gummy brand, but it only came in a mild chalky vanilla flavor.So I set about finding a chewable gummy fiber that I could tolerate taking daily. It wasn’t easy.First, the texture. Nearly every brand I tried was either really mushy like very fresh gumdrops, or they went in the opposite direction and were like stale Haribo gummies that you have to chew and chew and finally just give up and swallow them.Second, the flavor. I’m not sure what it is, but artificial citrus flavor, particularly orange, but also lemon, tastes like gasoline to me. Finding a brand that doesn’t have citrus flavor isn’t easy.And third is the amount of fiber. My previous favorite had 2 grams per tablet, and I was hoping to find something similar.And of course there’s the price. If it’s something you take daily, a price difference adds up. Nice that there’s a calculator on the phone, because price per gummy is pointless when the dosages are different.Long story short, these fit my criteria. The gummies are just chewy enough; the flavors are berries and peach; 3 gummies gives you 7 grams of fiber, and the price is reasonable.

I have bought these 5 times now and they seem to help with my fiber intake. They taste a little like oat flour but all fiber has a taste to it. The fruit flavors help make them easier to chew.

Great fiber supplement, absolute incompetence in shipping
**Modified Review** – There is a change to this review. This vendor is absolute trash for shipping. This is the second time I’ve ordered these and both times they are delayed by at least two weeks. This most recent order is cancelled because they can’t figure out how to send something through Amazon’s shipping process. So, if you want to order these make sure you’re ready to wait for a long time to get them, or if you’ve already gotten them before and need to restock, then when your batch is half empty I’d start the process. These are great gummies, like I stated below, but how they can screw up shipping is incomprehensible.**Original Review below**Great gummies, the texture has a solid chew to them and are actually fun to eat. Sometimes there is a supplement taste to them, depending on the batch I guess, but for the most part these are actually enjoyable. Depending on your needs, you can dial in the amount you eat – it’s 3 gummies per serving – and I end up having between 4 and 6 based on how much protein I consume that day. They are definitely effective so be careful that you don’t mistake these for actual candy, your guts will devastate you if so. I’ve been taking these for several months now and am keeping these on my recurring purchase list.

Update: The company sent a replacement product and they are very good. No bad odor or taste. I will buy them again. Great customer service!Can’t stand the smell or taste. They smell like motor oil and don’t taste much better. Berry flavored??? No way. Disgusting!

Chewy but taste decent
I’m not sure if they don’t work for me or if I just need a higher dose. I tend to take 5-7 instead of 3 to see “results”. The flavour is ok but the texture is kind of chewy. Not soft like a gummy bear type though when in a warm kitchen it actually does improve the texture! No stomach upset for me as others have reported.

Excellent fiber gummies!
These are lovely, sweet and fruity, and nicely gummy.My one issue is that they are kinda sticky. My solution for this is to get some “Fruit Fresh” (which is just powdered dextrose and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)), dump the gummies out in a mixing bowl and sprinkle liberally with the fruit fresh, then just toss them and split up the chunks. Makes them less sticky, gives them a bit of a nice sour edge and gets you some extra vitamin C with your fiber.

These gummies work great, but they taste terrible. They smell rancid, but the expiration date has not passed. I’m not one to complain about taste usually, but these are bad.

The headline description of these is misleading… “7g fibre gummies” leads me to think that each gummy contains 7 grams of fibre. They do not. You need three gummies to make up the 7 grams, not one, so these are effectively a third of the quantity I thought I was buying. You need to look closely at the nutrition information to realise this. They taste okay.
