Worth the investment
I was looking for a waist trainer to help my belly stay in place while I worked out. I received my trainer on 2/09/26 and I wore the waist trainer today 2/10/26 for the 1st time. I’m 5’3 220lbs I ordered an XL. It fits nice. I did my exercise, Tai Chi, bending, moving, stretching, walking, and it did not move or curl up. It helped with the posture and the quality of the product is well made. Definitely worth the investment.

It’s ok
Its find. But when they say it don’t roll down it does in the back. Thats the only thing I hate about these products. It rolls up in the front trying to cover my fupa. I got a large to be on safe side and it’s perfect fit. I dont make it extra tight on me because I need to work out. But doing floor exercises it rolls up my back rolls are pulled out. I posted a Pic to show how it looks on me but not of the flaws. Its no point if nothing can be done about it other than return it or do what I been doing without it.
