My dermatologist recommended the Atopalm cream with MLE for daily care, and I chose it from two options. I’m 51, and thanks to proper skincare, my skin remains normal. This cream hydrates wonderfully, causes no irritation, and is perfect for sensitive skin. I use it daily in my routine — after toner and peptides.The convenient 35 ml tube lasts me about 5-6 weeks with daily use, and I reorder when it’s finished. Although I sometimes use squalane from The Ordinary for added moisture, this cream works great on its own.My makeup applies beautifully over this cream and doesn’t settle into fine lines, though, of course, this also depends on the other cosmetic products used. The cream fully justifies its price, has no noticeable fragrance, and I’m completely satisfied with the results.The MLE (Multi-Lamellar Emulsion) technology helps retain moisture and restore the skin’s protective barrier, which is especially important for sensitive skin. Barrier Cream
This cream is the new creams for skin care that restores the barrier. From mu understanding, the original scientist that created it, worked for this company. It works simply , no gimmicks. My skin is sensitive and I didn’t react. Well, I ended up giving it to my daughter who has Rosacea because I wanted to remove aging lines, lol, and it just didn’t happen. I am happy with what I normally use, sunblock in the morning, and plain Aveeno body lotion unscented, at night. I just add a teeny Vitamin E oil on my hand and mix with the cream and put that on my face. Works better for me.

Amazing Product!
Korean skin care is just top tier! A little goes a long way! Its thick, but it is easily absorbed into the skin without feeling heavy. This winter has been tough and so far this cream is doing the trick!

This cream damaged my skin
I really wanted this cream to work.For the first few days, everything seemed fine and I had no issues at all. But after continued use, my skin suddenly reacted very badly. I developed strong burning, redness, swelling, and what was clearly contact dermatitis.This was not an allergy, and there were no other new skincare products or changes in my routine at that time. My skin was in normal condition before using this cream, which is why this reaction was so unexpected.The irritation became severe enough that I had to stop using the product completely and focus on healing my skin.I would strongly recommend patch testing and being very cautious before applying this cream to your face.

Atopalm is my new favourite. Have been used 3 tubs already. This one is good but not as nurturing as the Intesive Moisturising Cream but good for day. Great for sensitive skin, it’s rich but not greasy.
