Fiome was a game changer for me! My digestion and gut health became very slow and unbalanced once I entered my 30s and I am grateful to have found a product that works gently and naturally. I love how simple and whole the ingredients list is. The bites taste great, like a small very satiating treat. Eating them consistently helps keep me regular, and also makes the whole process much smoother and easier. I can see a huge difference when I’m consistent with them and when I stop eating them. I think the value for money is fair considering it is a high quality product, manufactured in the US with high quality ingredients, and still stays affordable. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Fiome, and have been a repeat customer for about 2 years now.

Good Fiber choice
Ordered this fiber for a vacation. Itvwill travelnwell. I had a previous flavor and decided to try this one. Not crazy about the banana flavor. We liked the chocolate peanutbutter ones better. So, I will reorder those again. It is a great wsy to take a fiber supplement. Easy to use, no mixing in water, just bite in enjoy. Works on the digestive system well also.

Great Product
These are crazy good with amazing ingredients and no “Natural Flavors”. I’m considering adding 2 bites every morning to my daily routine with coffee… it’s another thing for me to look forward to, the only downside is the price.I’ve always lacked fiber in my diet and have only recently added it. After one bite, I already start to feel good and after the 2nd, I feel my bowels moving and fart a ton. Fiber makes me feel great all day and possibly less stress and an energy increase. I highly recommend

CHANGED FORMULA
I used to LOVE these. They were 25 calories and the fiber was coming from flax and chia seeds. It was a perfect little bite. All natural. They changed the formula to inulin and took out the flax and chia. I’m never buying these again. The texture is also nasty now. Super disappointed.

Out of all the bags I’ve ever purchased I’ve only had one batch (Lot # 19625) that came delivered to me with a very hard texture. Sometimes I’ll break one fiber bite up into tiny pieces and put it in my yogurt or trail mix. These are so so so yummy, I hope the brand never changes up.

This is a unique product. Not a gummie, not a powder and not another pill to swallow. I found only a few other products that sounded the same, but they had horrible ingredients or you had to eat a brick size of something. This is small, about 3 bites to finish, 4 if you don’t inhale your food. I really like the taste.It does do the job. I have eaten it just before lunch with a cup of tea. The Bonus is that by the time I have lunch, I am not starving and I eat less. They are very low in calories. No more constipation. Only complaint is they are pricey.
