How long does your fiber stay fresh?
About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It’s similar to the shelf life of medication. The “best by” date should be on the bottom.
How do I take it?
Take three (3) capsules once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not take within 2 hours of consuming prescription medication or other vitamins. Do not exceed three capsules per day. Try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.
How long should I take this?

Hard to evaluate since I have many health issues. Expensive. I had to resort to a prescription for help. No amount of fiber helps me include eating recommended amount of fiber in diet.
