GLP-1 or pain medication users THIS IS A MIST HAVE TO PASS STOOL NON-painfully!
Using these because I am on a GLP-1 for weight loss and I’m already on daily meds that make me extremely constipated. I was going at least one time every 3 days and then I was only going 1 time a week until I recently got these a few days ago and have taken 1 a day and I have had softer stool for 1 and less painful and going more often. If you are on a GLP one you need this for pain relief of passing stool, GLP-1 slows your digestion but this helps that aspect on the toilet. I’ve noticed I do have more energy since taking them, I don’t know all the benefits but it’s helping my belly not hurt and I’m pooping! 💩 that’s the best part is the effectiveness! Taste like most supplements that’s why I hold my nose and swallow!

This product really works well, calms tummy upsets – Sometimes you’ll be gassy, but all depends on the foods you eat. I would rather take this than IBgard!

I have such a problem with bloating throughout the day and while I’ve been working at losing a few inches, I’d started measuring my waist daily. I was so discouraged the night I bought this when my morning waist was 29” and my evening waist had gone up to 31”! . I don’t know what’s wrong with my body haha but this was the final straw- I didn’t think the issue here could be exercise- something was going on with how I process food.By the end of every day my pants are always so incredibly uncomfortable- though they had felt fine when in put them on that morning.Anyway, I was in near tears that night and found this product on Amazon and bought it on a whim.It’s seriously amazing. I take it for lunch and dinner and let me tell you, I can’t believe that bloating from meals was really my main issue. Not only am I very close to the same waist measurement at night as in the morning now but I FEEL so so much better. I used to only be able to eat half portions during meals because I’d feel SO full and now I feel like I can comfortably finish my food- or at least eat more than normal AND not worry about it increasing my waist to the point of unbuttoning my jeans 😅.Some people have comments about their bowels changing (mostly they seem to be glad to be more regular) I haven’t noticed and change at all for myself. Just somehow this seems to process food better in my system 🤷🏻♀️.Honestly this stuff is truly great- I’m not a fan of the cost but it’s worth it to me.

Not sure this helps bloating & digestion
I have not seen a difference in my gut health from taking this. It looks like a placebo. I take it every time I feel bloated but it has not helped my digestion. Not at all helpful. The pill has no taste but I would hope after finishing half a bottle I would feel better.

Sorry not for me!
This product gave me some very unpleasant side effects! The first time I took these, I did not notice any difference, but the package said that it could take some time to work. I continued to take them before each meal. During the week I don’t eat red meat at all, but on the weekends I may eat steak with my husband. I took the supplement before the high-protein steak dinner one night. I have not had so much stomach upset since I got Montezuma’s revenge while vacationing one year. I know it was not the food since my husband suffered no ill effects at all. Being a research type of person, I decided not to take the supplement all week and then stupidly decided to take it again before the steak dinner. I wanted to know if the supplement caused the issues the week prior. This time the reaction was even worse. I spent the rest of the evening regretting my decision to try again. Needless to say, digestive enzymes are not for me! I spoke with my doctor and she informed me that digestive enzymes can hinder the bodies breakdown of fat and cause you to gain weight over time. While weight loss was not my goal, gaining weight certainly was not a goal! She told me digestive enzymes stop the large intestines from absorbing water thus helping some individuals not feel so bloated. Any weight loss is water loss, and temporary. I would not purchase it again and would caution others to be careful. My doctor told me that digestive enzymes can hinder the absorption of some medications, so taking enzymes that the body naturally produces is better left to individuals with diagnosed conditions requiring extra help.
