Solgar was a trusted name in my youth so I still use them. I haven’t noticed a decline in health so much as to contribute to formula vs age.I will continue to use till I see they use inferior items than other brads.

Helped My Asthma
I have terrible allergic asthma caused by grass. I read many school studies on vitamin D and asthma. So I decided I would try taking these for a month to see if it helped at all and me being super sceptical figured this would not do anything. To my surprise I actually started to feel better AFTER 3 YEARS OF HELL!! My Asthma has decreased significantly!!! I talked to my doctor about this and he took a blood test and sure enough even with taking 400iu of vitamin D daily my level was still low. He then recommended me to take 1000iu!! I’m going to start taking this so see if I feel even better!!THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!!

El bote llegó bien cerrado y sellado. Junto con las cápsulas viene un algodón para evitar que se deterioren en el transporte. Son perfectas para un aporte extra, no es ningún sustituto alimenticio. Mi recomendación es tomárselo después de unos 30 minutos despierto y haber tomado ya un vaso de agua. Las tomo junto con otros complementos. Hay quienes notan más energía, en mi caso no ha sido así. Entiendo que también influirá si lo complementas haciendo deporte, en mi caso ya lo practicaba por lo que quizás eso pueda ser la diferencia con otros comentarios.
