I have been taking this for a few months now. Definitely helps me stay regular. I take it once a day every morning. I can take it with or without food. Never has it upset my stomach. Taste is ok too.

Works as intended
Been using this product for about a year. Without a doubt the only fiber supplement I recommend. The flavor is good, and last about a month depending usage. Light on the stomach and gets the job done. Take it every morning as soon as I get up and within 2 hours, I start feeling the effects. I can say it’s definitely helped a ton and easy to use, as it’s just filling up the cap once a day. Once you start using it, it’s hard to go to another fiber supplement tbh

I like the idea of adding more fiber to my diet
I have rectly completed my first bottle. And, now on the 2nd bottle. I like the idea of adding more fiber to my diet. Also, I like the liquid versus pills. Yet, the jury is still out on it giving that sense of fullness. We’ll see after the second bottle.

Holes in the inner seal
During my previous order, the inner seal had holes and the product leaked, so I received a refund.This time I ordered again, but the same issue happened — the inner seal was damaged again.Because of hygiene concerns and the possibility that something could have contaminated the product, I no longer feel comfortable drinking it.I’m very disappointed, because this used to be one of my favorite brands.Has anyone else experienced receiving a product with holes in the inner seal?
