Truly helping my mother-in-law feel like herself again
I bought this for my mother-in-law after doing a lot of research on natural supplements for menopause support. She’s always been skeptical about vitamins and prefers to “tough things out” but lately she had been struggling. hot flashes, restless nights and mood swings that were making her feel like she’d lost control of her own body. I wanted to find something that might help bring her a bit of balance without going into anything too strong or medical.I came across this meno support formula and decided to give it a try because the ingredient list was impressive and more importantly, transparent. I also already knew the Lunakai brand from their other gummies and trust how clean their products usually are.Let me break down some of what’s inside and why I thought it was worth trying:• Ashwagandha: this one’s been around for centuries and is often called an adaptogen meaning it helps your body manage stress and balance hormones naturally. What’s interesting is that some studies show it can help with sleep and even mild anxiety which are both common during menopause.• Rhodiola Root: another adaptogen, but it’s more focused on energy and mental clarity. I figured this could help her feel a bit more “awake” and less foggy during the day without relying on caffeine.• Chasteberry : this ingredient supports hormonal balance and can help smooth out mood swings and irregularities. I learned it’s been used for centuries for women’s health, even before menopause, for things like PMS and cycle support.• Black Cohosh: probably the most well-known herb for menopause. It’s been researched quite a bit for reducing hot flashes and night sweats. Feeling great
I just recently started menopause & can’t believe how hard some of these symptoms hit me! I try to live a holistic lifestyle & didn’t want to resort to hormone replacement right away if I could find another alternative. Hot flashes & no motivation got me! Although I still get hot flashes, it’s probably cut them down about 50% and my energy levels have gone back to normal if not better. My mood is up & I feel back to normal. Product is good, But every bottle I’ve ordered on Amazon always comes with missing pills and or cracked capsules. I’ve called the company (number on the bottle) and they have sent a replacement. But then I ordered from Amazon and same thing happened again!I’ve cancelled my subscription because of damaged pills.
