Collagen is primarily made up of amino acids and makes up about 70-80% of the dry weight of your skin.I’m no scientist, but I know when something makes me feel better and is exerting a positive influence on my body. Once I started using collagen, that was it. I knew consuming this was going to be a regular and permanent part of my daily regimen.First thing every morning, I put two heaping tablespoons in a big glass of cold water. It dissolves nicely, has no flavor, and makes me feel better. Great source of flavorless protein and collagen at a reasonable price
An excellent way to get highly absorbable collagen and protein into your diet. Mixes into absolutely everything with no flavor. Especially useful if your diet leans vegetarian. Three schools gets be 18 grams of protein. It goes in all my coffee. I find it lends a little bit of texture to liquid drinks. It mixes in easily. I pretty much only have coffee with MCT oil and collagen in the morning for my breakfast and it gives me the energy I need to hit the gym without a meal on my stomach.

Good, economical source of collagen
This has the recommended source of Type I and Type III bovine collagen. It is easy to use, dissolving completely and imparting no taste or texture changes to the beverage of choice. The only addition I would suggest would be an included measuring scoop, but most household measuring spoons serve the purpose.
