i like this a lot. it smells good. is small enough to travel with. it applies easy. it was recommended by a therapist. i want to use it more regularly (i just forget and am bad at starting habits) and i love that the product makes it easier

Eases my restlessness at night
Though the scent is not my particular favorite, it is not offensive…kind of herby/floraly. I wanted to try -not for perfume, but to relax. It definitely helped. Without even realizing it, I found it could ease my restlessness in the evenings when my legs get jumpy. It’s a moderate effect, but if it can take the edge off without medications, I’m all for it. I just put a little on my wrists & on my neck. Worth a try for the money.

Excellent oil!
I love this hormone oil. I’ve used it for 1 month & I think it does help to regulate my moods close to that time of the month. I love how it smells! I use it on my wrists, inner elbows, back of neck. I think price is great, oil is thick & good quality. Definitely recommend!Edited: still fantastic! Just bought it again. The smell is amazing!! In total I’ve bought this 3 times. I use it like perfume & the benefits of the oils. I use it even when It’s not that time of the month. I just love it!

I knew something with clary sage would be a good ingredient to look for
In the past I have only bought essential oils that are non diluted. I would put them in my diffuser or dilute them my self, so this was something new for me to try.I had been looking for a blend to help with pms mood swings, I knew something with clary sage would be a good ingredient to look for, so this blend from Plant therapy (who are 100% pure and will share there testing results to prove it) From owning just the singular oil of clary sage, I knew it helped relaxed me when in my diffuser, so when I got this I was pretty excited!It smells yummy, I could not put my finger on the scent i was getting from it until I read the ingredients and then I realized…. Turkish delight (aka rose) It is good enough to wear as a perfume as well as to get the therapeutic benefits from it!So yeah…. I would recommend this to any one looking to help pms mood swings or who likes a sweet floral smell.

Very strong floral scent
Great quality, works fine I think. The jasmine smell is really overwhelming! It gives me a mild headache when I open the cap. If you like very strong floral scents this is great, if you don’t like the heavy florals- this is for you.

I’m leaving 5 star reviews on all PlantTherapy products. I’ve bought many different Amazon brands, I’ve bought from Scentsy and doTerra, and similar large businesses and nothing comes close to the value of Plant Therapy. These are pure undiluted essential oils JUST like doTerra but for a fraction of the price.Each batch is tested for Quality and Purity, similar to doTerra products, and the results of each test is displayed on their website. The standard is to do third-party lab tests to protect the integrity of the results, and this is what PT does. I feel much safer knowing that I’m inhaling real essential oils.Highly, highly recommend this company!!! Whether you buy from Amazon or from their site, the quality is consistent. I just buy from Amazon to use my prime benefits and for peace of mind.

FRAGRANCE ALLERGENS: BEWARE
If you have a contact allergy to Fragrance Mix II, do NOT use this. Partially my fault for not digging further into the types of essential oils. Smells nice. Makes me itchy.

roller allows excess oil to leak
When trying to roll the oil onto your skin, the oil seeps out very quickly leaving lots of oil residue or spillage. The smell isn’t great either. So, it’s not the best go-to when you’re in public. I did feel like the scents helped to bring me some calm, however, but I would just sniff during the day and then roll on at night when I am alone.

This definitely works. I use it all the time not only on my monthly. It helps with anxiety and keeps you calm helps with your monthly mood swings. I will be buying more. 😀
